These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform and all transactions made through it. By placing an order, booking a rental, subscribing to a lease, or booking a tour, you agree to these terms. We act as a marketplace connecting customers with verified bike vendors across Europe.

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will receive a full refund for any cancelled orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by vendor and destination.

Rental periods are calculated as calendar days starting from the pickup date. Late returns incur a daily surcharge. Leased vehicles remain the property of the vendor. Lessees are responsible for regular maintenance and must return the vehicle in reasonable condition. Early termination fees may apply per the lease agreement.

We ship across Europe via partner logistics. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days; express delivery is 1-3 business days where available. Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries and reporting damages within 48 hours.

We accept credit/debit cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), bank transfers, and Klarna (for orders under €1,000). Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Rental deposits are refunded within 5 business days of return inspection.

All e-bikes sold comply with EU regulations (max speed 25 km/h with pedal assist). Manufacturer warranties apply as specified per product. We provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on purchases. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use of rented or purchased vehicles.

Purchases may be returned within 14 days under the EU consumer rights directive, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Rental bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start date. Tour bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. Custom-built bikes are excluded from returns.
