Rental Terms

Rental periods are calculated as calendar days starting from the selected pickup date and time. The vehicle must be returned by the agreed return time. Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested before the rental ends.

A refundable security deposit may be required at pickup. The deposit is released after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and no outstanding charges.

Riders must be of legal age, follow all local traffic laws, wear appropriate safety equipment, and use the vehicle only for its intended purpose. The vehicle must not be sub-let or taken outside the agreed area without permission.

The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. Damage, theft or loss may be charged against the deposit or invoiced separately. Late returns incur an additional daily charge at the standard daily rate.

Rental bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start date. Cancellations made later, or no-shows, may be non-refundable. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to the original payment method.
